Claims

How To Make A Claim

Always start with whoever installed your system. They know the job, and they are your fastest path to a fix.

1

Contact Your Installer

Call the company that installed your system — Timbermen or your authorized Timbermen dealer.

2

They Diagnose

Your installer identifies the failed component and confirms it falls under warranty coverage.

3

They Contact Us

Your installer submits the claim to Timbermen directly. You do not need to chase us yourself.

4

We Supply Parts

We ship replacement hardware to your installer, who handles the swap.

Installer Out Of Business?

If the company that installed your system is no longer operating, contact us directly at (612) 478-8428 or timbermenlighting@gmail.com and we will connect you with another authorized dealer in your area.

Warranty Questions

Coverage begins on the date your installation is completed.
Year one covers both the hardware and the installation workmanship. Years two through five cover defective hardware only — if a module fails, we supply the replacement part, but labor to diagnose and install it is not included.
No registration is required. Your installer keeps the job record, and we recommend keeping your invoice for reference.
Storm, hail, ice, and impact damage are not covered under warranty — that is typically a homeowner insurance matter. Your installer can quote the repair and provide documentation for a claim.
Yes. The system stays with the house, and so does the remaining warranty. The new owner gets the lights and full app functionality. Have them contact us or their local dealer to get set up on the app.
Damage caused by other trades working on your roof, fascia, or siding is not covered. Tell your roofer the system is there, and have your Timbermen installer remove and reinstall the track if the work requires it.
