Timbermen Lighting LLC supplies permanent architectural lighting systems to authorized dealers and contractors, and provides direct design and installation services to homeowners in our local service area.
Information and pricing discussed through this Site, during a demo, or in initial conversations are for general guidance only and do not constitute a binding contract. A final scope of work and price is confirmed in a separate written service agreement or order confirmation before any work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project.
Lead times vary based on product availability and current scheduling. Any timeline we provide is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. We confirm expected timing in writing with each quote.
Warranty coverage for our track, LED modules, and controllers is provided in writing with your quote and service agreement. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, improper installation by third parties, alteration, accident, or acts of nature. Our sole obligation under warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product.
Where we perform installation directly, that work is governed by a separate written service agreement provided at the time of booking. Where an authorized dealer performs the installation, that dealer is solely responsible for their own workmanship, scheduling, and customer agreements.
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts and is subject to a separate dealer agreement. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Wholesale pricing, territory arrangements, and marketing materials are confidential and may not be shared publicly.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, use automated tools to scrape or copy content, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
All content on this Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Timbermen Lighting LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
